I am one of those people who function better by writing things down. One day, I realized that most of my notes don’t have to be private, so here they are - my second brain. Be warned that, if you stumble upon something here that doesn’t make sense to you, it isn’t meant to!
Meal prep - fish
Baked fish fillet Put an aluminium foil on a baking plate and coat it with a thin layer of butter - don’t put too much. Put the fillet in plate with skin on the bottom. Coat fish with some sauce. For e.g., a mixture of garlic, butter and lemon; mustard sauce etc. Sprinkle salt and pepper/paprika/whatever. Bake on 400 F for 15+ minutes - until it becomes so soft that it easily cuts with fork.
