Baked fish fillet
- Put an aluminium foil on a baking plate and coat it with a thin layer of butter - don’t put too much.
- Put the fillet in plate with skin on the bottom.
- Coat fish with some sauce. For e.g., a mixture of garlic, butter and lemon; mustard sauce etc.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper/paprika/whatever.
- Bake on 400 F for 15+ minutes - until it becomes so soft that it easily cuts with fork.
