Meal prep - fish

Baked fish fillet

  • Put an aluminium foil on a baking plate and coat it with a thin layer of butter - don’t put too much.
  • Put the fillet in plate with skin on the bottom.
  • Coat fish with some sauce. For e.g., a mixture of garlic, butter and lemon; mustard sauce etc.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper/paprika/whatever.
  • Bake on 400 F for 15+ minutes - until it becomes so soft that it easily cuts with fork.
