Carbs vs fat in conjunction to strength training

  1. Carbs:
    1. 3 types:
      1. Good ones: vegetables and fruits. Eat a lot of veggies.
        1. Satiating too, because they are fibrous. So, will make you feel full.
      2. Bad ones: sugary things, avoid as possible.
      3. Middle ones: pasta, wheat, rice, oats and grains. Decrease their intake.
  2. Keto diet doesn’t have any or negligible carbs. But I don’t think that’s for me because I do want to consume vegetables (which contain carbs) for overall nutrition.
  3. Balanced diet still seems to be a good idea.
