Carbs vs fat in conjunction to strength training

- Carbs:
- 3 types:
- Good ones: vegetables and fruits. Eat a lot of veggies.
- Satiating too, because they are fibrous. So, will make you feel full.
- Bad ones: sugary things, avoid as possible.
- Middle ones: pasta, wheat, rice, oats and grains. Decrease their intake.
- Good ones: vegetables and fruits. Eat a lot of veggies.
- 3 types:
- Keto diet doesn’t have any or negligible carbs. But I don’t think that’s for me because I do want to consume vegetables (which contain carbs) for overall nutrition.
- Balanced diet still seems to be a good idea.
