- Grind setting on Baratza Encore: 32-40. Should probably start with 35.
- Coffee to water ratio, in terms of grams etc.:
- 1:5, for a stronger brew. Mix ice, milk or just water later on as needed.
- 1:15 for regular black coffee.
- Leave for 12 hours or so. Use Chemex filter at the end. Also, make sure coffee is fully wet at the start of the brewing process.
