1. Grind setting on Baratza Encore: 32-40. Should probably start with 35.
  2. Coffee to water ratio, in terms of grams etc.:
    1. 1:5, for a stronger brew. Mix ice, milk or just water later on as needed.
    2. 1:15 for regular black coffee.
  3. Leave for 12 hours or so. Use Chemex filter at the end. Also, make sure coffee is fully wet at the start of the brewing process.
