    • Back, I can see 2 holes on top.
    • Front also, I can see 2.
    • 50 total next time.
  • Hammer curls:
    • 40 total.

Next 1RM #

  • Squats:
    • 6 @ 185.
  • Bench:
    • 3 @ 140.
  • Deadlift:
    • 3 @ 255.
    • 5x5 that day were hard. So, increase next week gradually.
  • OHP:
    • 6 @ 80.
