Tandoori chicken

- 2 tsp red chili powder.
- Maybe twice salt.
- Bake at 475 F for 10 mins on each side, if I were using chicken thights. However, be careful as this is too hot.
Didn’t have too much success with this though because the chicken would turn out over-cooked.
