- 1.5 large or 2 medium onions, chopped fine.
- Put all masalas before the tomatoes and cook them well.
- Use a little water whenever onions go dry with or without the masalas.
- Puréed tomatoes.
- 1.5 teaspoons salt.
- 12 eggs.
- 4 tbsp oil if big pan.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric.
